Liar’s Harp

Power: Once per game, the user can sing a song and play the harp to put all enemies that can hear them to sleep for up to 15 seconds or until the user stops. Those effected cannot be tagged out and the user cannot move while singing.

Liar was known as the worst bard throughout time. He would repeatedly drive people mad with just his warmup routine. It was the final act of a malevolent sorrow that cursed his harp to put people to sleep that saved the world from his horrid tune.
